Participation meeting 26 May 2025
On 26 May 2025, Fiat Chrysler Investors Recovery Stichting (‘FCIRS’) organised an online meeting with the aim of informing and consulting its constituency. Approximately 50 registrants participated in the meeting.

During the meeting, FCIRS, Better Finance and FCIRS's lawyers provided an update on FCIRS's efforts to date and explained the proceedings against Stellantis. In particular, the upcoming hearing on 16 June 2025 was discussed. Better Finance explained its background and the relevance of adequate investor protection. Participants in the meeting were given the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
